Anitta is one of the breakout stars of 2017 thanks to killer features on Iggy Azalea’s (underrated) “Switch” and Major Lazer’s “Sua Cara.”
The 24-year-old, who is at the forefront of the Latin craze sweeping the world, now teams up with Poo Bear for a breezy bop called “Will I See You.” It’s a different sound for the club queen.
“I’ve been planting seeds in our ground, watching us grow for a while,” she croons over strummed guitar.
Anitta released her seductive first English-language single “Will I See You” to mark her collaborator Poo Bear‘s birthday today (Sept. 4).
“Poo Bear is very talented and we had a lot of fun making this song. This was a new challenge for me, but I enjoyed it and I’m happy with what we made.”
The 24-year-old star is currently working on her debut English-language album which will feature artists including J Balvin and Alesso, as well as additional collaborations with Poo Bear.
